In your teams, engage in the following steps:
1. Discuss Taleo or recruiting issues you encounter in the Sharespace for each respective topic.
1. Come up with an idea that other people can use.
2. Go to the Storming Grounds for your subject and start a new thread. Discuss the subject here with your group members.
3. Come to a consensus on what practice or process you can recommend to the University.
4. Decide with your team the best way to present this idea (e.g. text, flowchart, podcast).
5. Go to the Incomplete Documentation section for your subject and work on a rough draft of what it will contain.
6. When you're finished, ask Admin to test the process. If the testing doesn't work right, take the test notes and make changes.
7. Once your process has passed testing, create a final version.
8. Post this final version to the Completed Documentation section for your subject.
